The Trenches Global Impact Center is guided by a dedicated team of advisory board members who bring expertise, passion, and vision to our mission.
Superior Court Judge Asha Jackson is the founder and presiding judge of Project Pinnacle, a DeKalb County-based program for first-time, non-violent offenders between the ages of 17 and 25. The program is a mandatory, one-year program designed to reduce recidivism by providing participants with life skills, job training, and educational resources, with the goal of helping them avoid a criminal record.
Federal Immigration Judge Winfield W. Murray was appointed as an Immigration Judge to begin hearing cases in December 2022. Judge Murray earned a Bachelor of Arts in 1998 from Morehouse College, a Juris Doctor in 2001 from Howard University School of Law, and a Master of Laws in 2002 in Litigation and Alternative Dispute Resolution from the George Washington University School of Law. In 2022, he served as trial counsel for the Office of the General Counsel, U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), in Atlanta. Judge Murray is a member of the State Bar of Georgia.
Founder/Executive Director Rashod Armon Stanley, also known as Armon Rashod, is a visionary fashion designer, entrepreneur, and mentor who has turned personal challenges into a platform for creativity, empowerment, and impact. Born and raised in Atlanta, Georgia, Rashod’s journey into the fashion world was anything but straightforward. Through resilience, determination, and an unwavering love for art, design, and storytelling, he transformed his passion into a thriving brand that blends high fashion with streetwear culture.
As the founder of The Trenches Global, Rashod creates statement pieces that reflect individuality, culture, and purpose. But his mission extends far beyond fashion. Through the Trenches Global Impact Center, he offers a free youth program designed to teach inner-city kids the skills, mindset, and confidence needed to pursue careers in fashion, design, and entrepreneurship.
Rashod’s story is one of inspiration and empowerment: a testament to the belief that “Location Doesn’t Determine Destination.” He is dedicated to helping others rise from their own trenches, proving that with creativity, vision, and perseverance, anyone can go forward and achieve greatness.
